Inspired by our building's past as a car garage, this bulbous stout adopts the name of a famous tire icon. Opaque black liquid capped with a sandy brown head supported by light carbonation. The mellow roast aroma leads into flavors of fruity dark chocolate, and despite low bitterness this beer doesn't finish overly sweet.

750 ml bottle, no dating on the bottle that I noticed but I think this was a November 2017 release. Label says 8% ABV. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a couple inch tan head that stuck around a while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like burnt/charred malt, bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit, caramel and a bit of anise. Taste is similar to the aroma, with dark chocolate, burnt/charred malt, caramel, coffee and anise flavors noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I think it's a good overall stout, definitely worth a try if you've never had it before! $10.99 a bottle.
