With six+ months in the bottle, this opens with a healthy pop and the pour yields a huge pillowy white head. The coloring is a clear dark gold, and the nose holds nice fruity brett notes, along with a touch of funk and a smooth, sweet maltiness. The taste is along the same lines, but has a touch of harshness to it that I can't place. The mouthfeel is bubbly with a medium body. Overall, it's a good beer and the few months in the basement didn't hurt at all.

375 ml bottle, no dating on it that I could find but I believe these bottles were released in the past month or so. Served in a Unibroue tulip, the beer pours a hazy orange/amber color with a couple inch frothy off-white head. Head retention is good, and there's a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like citrus peel, tropical fruit, and cloves. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some yeast, bready malt and a bit of funk noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink. It also has a high amount of carbonation. Overall I thought this was pretty good, definitely worth trying! I know I wouldn't mind picking this up again. $5.99 a bottle.

Full bodied with just the right amount of hoppines, this beer tastes like a cross between a Belgium and an IPA.
