Brewed with tangerine, ginger, coriander, orange peels, and house made orange carmel. Citrusy, toasty, and bright.

Dark and almost copper colored like an amber. Nice dense, almost white head. Very active carbonation with sheets of bubbling from the bottom of the glass. Highly citrusy aromas. Pine citrus taste with some spice fighting the malt at the backend. A little overwhelming for my tongue as the flavors got lost as I continued through the pint.
Enjoyable beer and would drink it more frequently if I could.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a clear copper with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had fresh spruce needle notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with bold spruce presence that comes off almost as lemon grass. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours a charred orange, moderate head/lacing. Nice aroma to this, spice and peel. Upon the tongue, the malts play well with the hops. There is the breads and spice you expect from a Holiday IPA, but there’s plenty of rind and bright citrus as well. Well done …a real winner for the style

A - Deep copper pour with nice clarity and frothy foam, light carbonation.
S - Ginger and coriander dominate the nose.
T - Ginger dominates the palate (think Canada dry on steroids) along with coriander, orange rind, and some pine/lime on the bitterness to close it out.
M - Medium body with gentle carbonation.
O - THe best description for this IPA is "unique".

Very odd beer; a Christmas IPA. Dark bronze in color with a powerful ginger aroma. Lots of warm spiciness on the palate. Fun to try, but not something to drink a second.
