Pours a clear golden yellow color with two fingers of sticky white head.
Aroma of citrus peel, mango, grapefruit, and pine.
Flavor is slightly sweet tropical fruit building to a welcome grassy pine bitterness with some alcohol burn in the finish. Has an earthy taste.
Smooth medium body with good carbonation.
Overall an enjoyable DIPA. May have been better at around 8-9% instead of 11

I am trying this beer at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with very thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had citrus peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with clever citrus peel presence....very smooth. The mouthfeel was fuller in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This BEAST pours a clear
amber tinged golden color with a nice head of white foam
that subsides to a thick ring, thick clumping layer, and sports some
exceptional lacing. Nose of juicy citrus hop notes of pineapple and
light mango, grassy hop notes, and moderate pine notes with sweet
caramel and honey malts. Flavors hit the note with juicy citrus and
balanced pine with spicy hops in the mix! Light breaded notes and
sweet caramel and honey round this very VERY balanced DIPA to
show deft of brewing technique. Very nice mouth feel; medium body,
medium light carbonation, and a sweet citrus / herbal / pine laden
hop heavy finish that is finely balanced and approachable!
Overall---nothing more to say other than this one is an
award winner waiting to happen----that from a stout
lover (HINT HINT!). Excellent!
Cheers
