This free-wheeling DIPA is heavily hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Sabro hops, and fermented with super fruity experimental yeast! As if that wasn't enough, it's also enhanced with the mysterious grape-derived Phantasm powder for a huge fruity aroma.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74----Cheers Dude!
This mighty brew pours a deeply hazed orange tinged cloudy golden
color with a fantastic head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thick
clumping layer, and displays some exceptional lacing. Nose of pineapple,
mango, orange zest, pink grapefruit, and light vinous notes amongst honey
sweet malts. Flavors hit the mark----pineapple, mango, light breaded malts,
orange, lemon, and light vinous notes amongst a wave a sweet honey malts.
Nice mouth feel; smooth, lightly creamy, light soft carbonation, and a lightly
dry and sticky hop laden finish with plenty of balance.

Overall---more excellence from an excellent brewery!

Cheers

Canned on 07-08-21.

A - Dark opaque golden orange color with moderate dense white lacing.

S - Big tangerine aroma, very fruity, juicy tropical fruit, citrus, and peach.

T - Nose to the "T". Pulpy citrus, tropical fruit, spicy citrus rind, peach, apricot, lime, and finishes balanced with "balanced" meaning a strong pulpy tropical sweet tropical presence with a balancing equally as prominent rewsiny citrus bitterness over top.

M - Thick, a little frothy, pulpy, and chewy with some warming on the way down.

O - This is a really fantastic D-IPA. Recommended and well worth a try.

12 ounce can, canned on 07/08/2021. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch or so frothy white head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing, too. I like the aroma a lot, the brew smells like orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, bready malt, pineapple and citrus zest. For the most part I think the taste is pretty much like the aroma, but there's also some melon and mango flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth, creamy and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good hazy double IPA, worth trying if you get the chance to!
