12 ounce can, no dating that I could find on it. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a snifter, the beer pours a dark brown color with a reddish tinge to it. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coconut, toffee, ginger, brown sugar, molasses and dark fruitiness. Taste is like the aroma for the most part, but there's also some orange peel, nutmeg, smoky and cinnamon flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and smooth with a low/moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, Seventh Son could market this one as a Christmas beer and people would buy it. It doesn't drink like it's 10% ABV, but it's tasty and has a good kick to it. Hoping there's more of this one available here!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This unique little brew pours a
deep dark brown with red tinged highlights and light head of off
white foam that settles to a thin ring with subtle lacing. Nose of
coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, and astringent booze with dark
malts. Flavors expand on the nose with toasted coconut,
molasses----almost black strap with the strength, nutmeg,
cinnamon, star anise hints, herbal hops, and astringent booze
notes. Nice mouth feel; medium body, light carbonation, smooth,
lightly coating, rich, and finishing spice forward and lightly warming
with subtle dryness.

Overall, a unique hybrid.

Cheers
