Dunno,if this was brought out of retirement, but it looks like it. Canned 30th of Jan, and it got lost in the back of the beer fridge. Reviewed on June 27th, so we'll account for that.

Amber pour, thin head, super hops aromas No mistaking this one with a solid 10% ABV, it packs a punch Share that 16 oz can with your partner. After a sip, there's some minor maltiness quickly changing over to hops and little else for this one, it's a little one dimensional and not very subtle. It does exactly what it says it does and we have to commend them for keeping it drinkable.

Pours a hazy golden color with subdued white foam and low carbonation. Sticky bubbles for the rim.

The nose is pungent, astringent alcohol with hints of dried oak and a muted zesty green note like days old grass clippings.

Killer on the profile. Initial taste is malt, but a huge hoppy syrup rolls in. Some bread notes are present throughout the middle with deep golden raisens but a creamy hop essence dominates. A lovely try tart finish of white grapefruit, white peach, and saltines with leaves you thirsty.

The hops are fabulously balanced with the booze making this surprisingly easy to sip. Texture is thick, but not chewy. Finish is dry, but pleasantly lively and not overwhelming with hop acids.

Fabulous beer. I'm not sure I've had an IPA this high in ABV, but Stickmen nailed it.
