Oregon Brewers Festival entry. A mix of old and new world styles – this is a crisp and refreshing pilsner with a touch of stout like roast and color. Made with German pilsner malt, Styrian Goldings and Saaz hops in the brewhouse and fermented with Budvar Czech lager yeast.
