16-oz can needed a moderate pour to reach a finger sized soapy white head with long retention and scant spots of lace, a cap lasts on.
Hazy translucent orange-straw color.
Bread dough greats the nose with mild herbal hops and faint stone fruit.
Taste begins malty/yeasty and semi-sweet, lightly bitter. The middle features pear and plum as it becomes a little dryer with spicy hops, the finish is smooth, fast and semi-dry.
Faint hop after taste. Medium body, medium plus carbonation. Alcohol is hidden.
Can says Williamsburg Mass. This beer benefits from warming, more hoppy and spicy.
