Bisikel. Pronounced like bicycle with a line over the i and an upside down e.
Poured from a 22 oz. bottle a hazy apricot color with one finger of white head. Small amount of wet lacing left behind.
Lighter aroma of lemon and herbal hops with a hint of white pepper and fresh earth.
The taste had a bitter bite to it with herbal and citrus notes, white pepper and malty notes. Bitterness lingers through the finish.
Light-to-medium bodied and sticky with a moderate carbonation.
Not quite the punch of flavor as some other IPAs with Galaxy hops. Still, I liked it and am ready to try others from the Alpha roster.
