From Alpha Brewing..."Fenk is a Belgian Style Pale Ale brewed with Cascade hops and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces Bruzellensis". I'm assuming this is pronounced as "funk" with the upside down e in the name.
Poured from the bottle a clear peach color with one finger of off-white head.
Aroma of tart citrus and floral hops, Belgian yeast and caramel malts.
This had a tart peach thing going on with notes of funk, Belgian yeast and caramel malts. A nice combination but a tad washed out.
Medium bodied and sticky with a moderate carbonation.
