A - Pours a hazy golden body with a frothy white one finger head. Nice retention and lacing.
S - Good amount of belgian yeast, grapefruit zest is very prominent along with a good dose of coriander.
T - The taste pretty much falls in line with the smell. Nice bitter notes on the backend. Not too in depth and somewhat watered down on the taste.
F - Medium to light bodied with medium carbonation.
O - The beer tasted and smelled great. Just wish the body brought the depth a tripel like this needs.

Poured from the bottle a hazy orange-gold color with one finger of off-white head.
Lightly tart yet sweet aroma of blood orange zest, white wine, yeast and coriander.
The taste matched the aroma. Blood orange, coriander, Belgian yeast, and table sugar.
Medium bodied and dry with a moderate carbonation.
I enjoyed this Tripe from Alpha Brewing. The blood orange and coriander gave an interesting twist to the style.
