This is a copper colored beer, with a white head, moderately sized and frothy. The aroma is slightly biscuity, with a bit of fruit (peach?) in the background. Hops are restrained, but an earthy bitterness is there. Balanced, a little astringent. The beer is average, drinkable, but not great.

On tap. Poured a clear brown color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of toasted malt, toffee and caramel. It had a sweet malty flavor with some nuttiness and caramel. Mild bitterness.
