This is copied from my untapped. I enjoyed this on tap at Buffalo Wild Wings in Bismarck on 8-17-2022

Dark pouring with a tan head.
Nose is chocolate and lactose.
Taste is full of lactose throughout. Chocolate and coffee come in on the backside. Some biscuit flavor.
Lighter body, but not watery.
Delicious easy drinking milk stout.

Tasty, fairly rich. Lower ABV allows for a second glass of a good beer

A low-abv (4.0%) stout that drinks a lot more like a porter, this beer is both dry and, as promised, possessed of a balanced sweetness. Very toasty and wholly black in color, Salem Sue is lightly redolent of burnt sugars and dark malt. Overall, a solid, sessionable dark for cold, grey Sundays on the high plains.
