Look: It pours light golden with a large white head that quickly disappears. It is fairly clear.
Smell: There are moderate aromas of wheat, fruity esters, low aromas of banana and hints of vanilla.
Taste: There are flavors of wheat and a moderate amount of fruitiness. There are some citrus and banana highlights.
Feel: It has a light feel to it, high carbonation, and a moderately dry finish.
Overall it is a light refreshing wheat and fruity tasting beer livened with high carbonation.

6/30...pours hazy cloudy pale gold, with a sheen. Foam settles out. Classic hefe smell, though much more wheat than banana. Light pepper. Taste opens citrus and spills into a smooth wheaty flavor. Tart taste remains. Mild spice.

There is a definite Belgian yeast taste the goes against the style but is very good. The only minus is the lack of head and thin mouthfeel.

Limited thoughts:
Cloudy appearance looked odd to me (even considering style), but ignoring that, the head was a bit light for style. Nose was understated but hit on esters and a hint of spice.
Taste was not overpowering, well-balanced, but to me the spice bite was nice. Countering that was that the flavored seemed to diminish as the beer warmed. Feel was a bit watery, not as smooth as expected.
I enjoyed my first sips, but my ratings leveled out slightly as I worked through the beer.

This is the Hefeweizen rebranded, and different yeast pitch. I think I prefer the older recipe. Otherwise, straight 5's.
