Taster at brewery. Hazy golden pour, filmy white head. Malty aroma with light piney notes. Sweet malty flavors with a nice light hop profile, pine, spruce.

A "Virginia Ale" on tap at the brewery. Drinks like a blonde ale/pale lager hybrid.
Pours with pale golden colored body that has some haze and and is topped by a decent white head that leaves a little bit of sticky lacing.
The mild aroma is appealing and about equally bready and fruity.
The flavor largely follows but adds mild bitterness. Medium-light carbonation and body. Some complexity and good balance.

As a Virginia girl I want to support my local crafters. This beer isn't especially remarkable but it has merit.
Pours hazy gold. Biscuit, toasted malt, grassy aroma. Crisp and dry. A decent pale ale roping in the malt and hops.
Cheers to warm nights, cold beers, and feeling the need to critique beverages when ultimately it's the outcome that's most entertaining.
Enjoy!

Nice summer style beer. Almost an exact taste, look and feel as Shock Top with a little more lemon taste than orange.
