Poured from a 750 ml bottle into a Snorkel glass.
Appearance: Dark brown to black body with a creamy tan-khaki head.
Aroma: Roasted malts, coffee, bourbon, vanilla.
Taste/Mouthfeel: First sip/impressions, so smooth creamy. coffee, vanilla, bourbon and coconut are prevalent. Almost drinks like a milk stout without a hint of the 13.5% abv. Not even a bitterness to it! So balanced it's ridiculous!
Overall: This one has a lot going on and is really exceptional. Beautiful looking beer, an aroma that is inviting and a taste that is beyond words better than I expected.
