By far the best sour these guys have produced. Nice, snappy tartness, but not bracingly sour. Citra hops add a fruity quality to both the aroma and flavor. I much preferred the carbed version to the Nitro, but it was still solid on Nitro. Can't wait to see this in oak or wine barrels with different fruits! This is along the lines of what I hoped the Fut Notes would taste like.
