I don't know how this beer was fresh but in 2020 it is completely undrinkable. There's a touch of sweet candied plum in the nose but the flavor is straight dusty attic w/ a touch of sweetness and a very, very off-putting funk (not indicative of a regular saison, wild, or lambic) and far too much acid.

Clear, poured with little head. Very 'wild' noticeable anywhere in beer. Medium nose, some fruitiness, no acidity noticeable. More fruitiness in taste but not sweet.

No tart here. Hide the lime, I am ready to chime. A footnote to all. Beware of the stall, that smells like a horse blanket. Stand up tall I am ready to fall for this vertical horizon. Sweetness

A nice funky Belgian brew with some citrus hops and plums. Nice Belgian yeast notices, some citrus hops in the flavor and also the fruit and dry Brett are noticed. Just a touch tart, but not that sour at all. An OK brew, gets better as it warms.
