L: Poured from a bottle to a goblet. Had a reddish-brown color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy / fizzy head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A good, but not great, aroma of apples, Belgian yeast, spices, and some other fruits.
T: Tasted of a decent amount of Belgian-style yeast (present throughout), a small amount of spices (cloves, perhaps?), tons of apples (a big component), a bit of cherries, and some banana as well. Not a bad flavor, but a tad unbalanced. The apple and yeast content is a little too pronounced to work. Still, it has a nice vibrancy about it.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but it has some good qualities. Worth a look.
