Appearance: 12oz can into cold pint glass. No foam even with an aggressive pour. Cloudy amber, looks like honey.
Aroma: Practically none.
Taste: More like an American lager as opposed to Mexican. Corn tortilla chips and malt. Faint hops.
Feel: Highly carbonated. Light and crisp.
Overall: Not a bad beer, but definitely not a Mexican lager.

Traditional Mexican Style Lager. Exactly what you'd expect. Not a bad brew.

Two 12oz bottles poured into a large dimpled stein
thanks to MaryLou & Kim for the Original Craft Beer Club membership
L: slightly hazy amber body with a fluffy off-white head
S: malty and sweet; caramelized grain, fruity & floral
T: caramel, toffee, toasty grain, brown sugar, faint corn; hops are herbal & floral; fruity with a hint of butterscotchy diacetyl
F: medium body, higher carbonation, odd finish
O: I’d try this again if given the opportunity, but if this is the beer it’s disappointing and not worth a second try
