Minimal head, no lacing. Fresh milk chocolate aroma with just a hint of spice. Tastes like a Mexican hot chocolate as the roast and chocolate give way to cinnamon and a bit of chile pepper. Appreciate the light touch on the heat. Makes for a much more drinkable stout.
