Cheng was the brewer daddy’s dog.
Murky brown color with a one finger head with good retention.
Sweet aroma of mint, molasses, Belgian yeast and dry fruits.
Sweet flavor of earthy and citrus hops, prunes, mint, lots of spices and Belgian yeast.
Dry aftertaste with a long bitterness.
Full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 10% abv is very harmonic with the overall beer.
Nice Quad, its high IBU actually did not de-configured the style, you can pretty much separate the base beer from its hop twist.
