Slightly hazy amber color with a thin head with short retention, but leaving good laces.
Delicious aroma with tons of tropical fruits with predominant notes of papaya, spices, toasted malts and passion fruit.
Bitter flavor with citrusy hops well balanced with slightly toasted malt. Notes of grapefruit, papaya, fresh oranges, spices, green apples, American yeast and tea bags. Dry with a long lasting bitter aftertaste. Although you do feel its 70 IBUs, it is rather smooth.
Light body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% abv is well hidden.
Well executed IPA full of tropical notes and refreshing with a delicious bitterness. But better to be drunken while cold, if not the papaya starts to rule the overall beer.
