Slightly hazy yellow golden color with a two fingers head with medium retention.
Nice yeasty aroma with notes of fresh oranges, coriander, mint and cloves.
Flavor with notes of Cointreau, wheat, overripe oranges, Belgian yeast, herbal hops, banana and cloves.
Full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is felt but goes well with the overall beer.
It felt like Gordelicia, maybe with a touch of Witbier. I have to compare them eventually.
