Hazy amber color with a two finger head with medium retention.
Aroma of green grapes and yeast.
Flavor of Nelson Sauvin hops, wheat and yeast with notes of apples and citrus. Mild dry aftertaste with its lingering taste.
Medium body with light carbonation.
A light hop weiss that is bold on flashing up its Nelson Sauvin hops. In my opinion much better than a Chardonnay.
