Urbana used Galaxy, Simcoe and Summit hops in this brew.
Amber color with lots of thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Citrusy aroma with notes of vanilla and grapes.
Sweet fruity flavor with a good bitterness that is not too aggressive for non-hopheads. Notes of grapes, orange peel and grapefruit on a malty base. Dry aftertaste with a long lasting bitterness.
Medium body with low carbonation.
Interesting that its 60 IBU feels lower than expected given its balance. Still, it is in the sixties...
