Deep black color with lots and lots of thick brownish head with good retention, and leaving laces all over the place.
Bold smoked aroma, maybe some bacon.
Flavor is also intensively smoked, also quite malty and with floral and piney hops, these two also in good quantity giving a second refreshing feelling that contrasts with the initial smoked impact. Dry aftertaste with an intense bitterness, showing up its 47 IBUs, with a long lasting sensation and its residual taste and some coffe and orange peel notes.
Full body with medium carbonation with an effervecent feeling.
A Brazilian Schlenkerla, but amplified, interesting even though the drinkability was a bit damaged.
