Hazy golden yellow color with a thick head with good retention and leaving lots of laces.
Delicious intense aroma of bananas and oranges, with hints of condiments and yeast.
Very original Weizen with more barley malt than usual and a hoppier feeling (although it has just 14 IBUs!), being different from a Hop Weiss once is milder and use a different choice of hops, very herbal and grassy. Dry and bitter aftertaste, usually I left this in blank for wheat beers. Also with hints of oranges, yeast and earth.
Robust body with good carbonation, with a mild effervescent sensation.
This was a pleasant surprise, I was expecting a “boring” wheat beer (had too many recently and got a bit tire…) and got an original specimen. Recommended.
