Poured on-tap at the brewery in a clear plastic cup, the beer is a bright, copper-orange coloring with a foamy, clingy, fluffy, off-white head. Nose is earthy, with some nut and caramel sweetness, and herbal highlights. Flavors are smooth and light, with caramel and hazelnut sweetness, roasted notes, and subtle bitterness. Smooth and light in mouth, with a sweet and somewhat cloying aftertaste. The finish is smooth and light. Different brew; a lot of earthy and rustic characteristics. Very interesting.
