Sometimes the best way to unwind is to get a little wild. This gose is a great place to start. First we kettle sour, using our house Lacto to lower the acidity to a tart & crisp 3.4 pH. Freshly crushed coriander and pink Himalayan salt complete the style.
We didn't stop there. Ever the experimenters, we added loads of freshly pureed strawberries to add a fruity twist on a classic German sour. So pucker up; things are about to get wild.

I wanted to like this beer. I really, really, did. It had a home court advantage but it blew it like Bill Belichick smashing his Surface Pro into a stone.
The beer has a lovely golden hue and smells like your fingers after picking fresh strawberrys at your local farmer's field.
If you like incredibly sour flavors, to the point of being astringent and something that you can also clean the grease from your drains with, then you'll love this beer. If not, well, you best avoid this beer.
The can says "pucker up." More like _ucker up!
I understand the need for smaller brewers to make beers that are different, beers that stand out, but this one needs to stay retired.
I'd be hesitant to marinade food in this beer.
Gizmo could learn a thing or two from Abita. Keep the fruits subtle!

Light yellow color. Smells like strawberry right off the pour,Mild sour with strong strawberry flavor. Really wanted to like this but the carbonation kills it. Can’t even pour half a 12oz can in a 16oz glass without it trying to foam over
