Pours almost clear and very pale with a five-inch, fine, white meringue. The long lasting head eventually condenses to a one-inch foam with big bubbles after leaving patchy lace. Slow, lazy, tiny bubbles meander within a Stiegl stange.

Funky brine plays well with light lemon hops. This Gose is earthy with white pepper and coriander.

The flavor is dry with tart lemon, salty and fresh. It is equally light bitter and light sweet. A quick mild finish follows the nose while warmth introduces grapes.

The body is surprisingly full with a smooth soft texture. Modest fine carbonation helps elevate this very dry palate with no alcohol presence.

This is an excellent beer for relaxing and quite a surprise. It is refreshing, interesting and very welcome.
