16oz can poured into a snifter
Pours a hazy golden color with a one-finger foamy white head that has good retention. Smells of pineapple, citrus zest, milk sugars and bready malt. Tastes of pineapple with some zesty citrus undertones, vanilla cream and bready malt close it out. Medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and a slightly creamy finish. A bit more bready and malty than you typically look for in the style

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a pint glass.
Canned on 4/30/2020
Appears hazy dark orange with a nice foamy head that fell in to a small solid cap.
Smells lightly bready, citrusy, pineapple , vanilla.
Taste follows the nose, citrus up front, pineapple, vanilla.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style probably due to the amount of lactose, which keeps this one on your tongue and palate longer.
Overall, a very nice NEIPA with an ABV of 8% and no strong alcohol flavor at all. I could definitely crush a few of these in a row. I will definitely drink again.

The following is from the can "Lactose, vanilla beans and freshly pureed pineapple bestow a sweetness that perfectly meld, ending with a creamy juicy finish". Way too sweet for me...if you like having the taste of vanilla on your pallet for a good hlaf-hour after finishing then this is for you.
