The colour is amber-brown (25 EBC), the liquid is somewhat hazy. The finger thick head sinks quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell is bitter-sweet with fruity-citric notes. Notes of rubber, fruit candy and a hint of smoke.
The taste is very bitter, but the bitterness fades quickly. Dried fruits, caramel, plastic and citric peels. Medium to full body. Alcohol dominates the aftertaste as well as fruit candy, olive oil and artificial plastic flavours. The finish got notes of wood and green plants.
The carbonation is mild, the small bubbles smooth; the liquid is smooth.
An odd DIPA with too much odd flavours going on.
