The beer is clear and red-brown (27 EBC). The finger thick head is pale warm brown and compact. It sinks slowly leaving some lacing.
The smell is semi-sweet with some bitter and roasted notes. Cookies and brown sugar. Some earthy notes and a hint of metal. It is quite mild.
The taste is a bit sour. Quite a lot of malty flavours. Roasted hints, some clean bitter flavours. Earthy notes. The aftertaste is sour-bitter with hints of butter, earth and metal.
The carbonation is strong; the small bubbles strong. The liquid is light.
An odd beer, maybe a bit oxidized?

A: This beer pours copper with a really small tan head that leaves decent lacings.
S: Bready and grassy. Floral hops gives it a citric vibe, with oranges. The malt holds some sweetness and also some faint roast.
T: Unbalanced. Sweet caramell malt with American hops; both floral and bitter. Citric. Bready. Kind of metallic and rough.
M: Aftertaste is medium-long and holds a rough bitterness. Body is light and carbonation is mild.
O: Many friends who are into craft-beers talk about S:t Eriks and really likes it. I can't understand what the fuzz is all about. This Easterale isn't getting me excited either.

Apperance: Amber/Dark copper with a medium-sized head and a bit of lacing.
Smell: Caramel, Malts, Fruit and some citric notes.
Taste: Caramel, Toffee, Citric notes, Fruit, Hint of metal and pine.
Mouthfeel: Very light body and not much going on in general. Ends bitter. Very low carbonation.
Quite drinkable but oh so boring.

A dark amber and clear beer with a large bubble foam.
Citrus and a bit fruit in the smell. Small small tone of the malt. Nothing impressive, but still fresh and nice.
Malty, and a quick bitter citrus tone from the hops. Some sweet after taste that disappears rather quick, and does not have the hoppy punch that st:eriks usually like to have. Considering that this is a brown ale, i am not surprised thou.
No real boddy thou. And an average experience overall in this "easter ale".

The beer is clear deep amber with hints of red, small bubbles, the head is tan, settles quickly and a bit unevenly, good lacing and some curtains.
The smell is citric and floral, sweet oranges and clementines, fresh grass and birch leaves, some malt notes, brown bread mainly. Fresh, balanced and inviting.
Initial taste is of brown sugar and ditto bread, a slight ripe lemon sourness, then a rather alkaloid bitterness that actually reduces the overall expression for me.
Medium low carbonation, very small bubbles, rather soft and small body, then a long coarse dryness.
Started of well this one, then a bit of a let-down.
