Had this beer together with reindeer carpaccio and citrus fruits.
The herb and fruit notes went very well with both the reindeer meat and the fruits.
Well balanced with sweet acidity and big flavours. Very intriguing.
Outstanding through and through.

The liquid is cloudy; the colour yellow-orange (10 EBC). The two-finger head is firm and yellowish, it leaves some lacing on the glass. There is some yeast on the bottom of the bottle.
The smell is smooth and herbal. Low bitterness. Herbs and spices makes me think of BBQ marinade. Lemon cordinal. It is a bit sweet.
The taste is also smooth and herbal. It is a bit harsh, in a good way. Lemon cordial and orange squash. The harsh notes makes me think of a dry Saison. Medium body. Fruity aftertaste with herbs, fresh lemons and green bananas. Lemon juice and -peels in the finish.
The carbonation is fresh; the bubbles small and long lived. The liquid is dry and light.
An interesting and surprisingly balanced beer. The herbal notes could hade dominated it in a bad way, but they are very light and delicate.
