A: Color is pale golden and the white head is crystal white, and very small. Some lacings and lots of small bubbles in the liquid.
S: RIch bitter hops, in my opinion way too bitter for an Oktoberfest. Rich bready maltyness, sweet. A bit flowery and with some lemon sezt.
T: The malt is cleaner in the taste, the bitter hops is still very strong, but better balanced compared to the smell. Citric notes.
M: Body is rather light, carbonation strong and aftertaste long and bitter.
O: Well, this was too edgy for my taste - I like my Oktoberfest breadier, maltier and less bitter.

The colour is yellow (5 EBC), the liquid clear. The two finger head is white, it sinks slowly leaving some lacing.
The smell screams “German lager”: Fresh lemon juice, pilsener malt, pleasant bitterness, flowers and hints of butter.
The taste is at fist light with growing notes of lemon juice and -peels. Flowers and some hay. Distinct bitterness. Medium body. Grass, bitter lemon flavours and hay in the aftertaste. The finish is quite long and sour-bitter.
The carbonation is medium strong, the long-lived bubbles are small; the liquid is light.
I can understand the thoughts behind this beer, and I think it is well implemented: Clean, fresh with an elegant bitterness.
