I wouldn't call this a craft beer destination, but KO is still worth a visit, if only for the great food and fun ambiance of the shipyard. They only have a few draft lines (2 or 3?), but a decent range of bottled beers, including Slumbrew, Narragansett, a ton of Harpoon styles, and the offerings that I'd recommend: their Aussie beers -- a Cooper's Pale Ale or Cooper's Sparkling Ale -- which are a perfect accompaniment to the pies served onsite. And that's the real reason to come here: Fantastic meat pies (and a few veggie options), which you can enjoy with a beer while enjoying the patio (or stay inside, depending on the weather). Nice views of the harbor and downtown Boston.
Service is friendly and helpful, and getting to this secluded location is half the fun. From downtown Boston, easiest ways to get here are either water taxi (tell the taxi you're going to KO Pies and you'll get a discount) or the Blue Line (it's about a 10-minute walk from the Maverick stop).
