Poured on-tap at the brewpub, and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, amber-copper coloring with a filmy, off-white head. Nose of caramel, roast, toffee, and subtle hops bitterness. Nose of sugary toffee, heavily roasted notes, with floral hops highlights and hops bitterness at the end. Smooth, light bodied, with a crisp, clean finish. Tangy sweet aftertaste. Solid for an English style Pale Ale. Drinkable brew.
