12oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours black in color with a one-finger foamy khaki colored head that reduces to a ring around the glass
S- herbal and earthy coffee mix with roasted malt, chocolate, oaky bourbon barrel, anise, caramel and leather. A soft layer of pure maple closes it out
T- earthy and peppery coffee up front is followed by char, dark chocolate, vanilla and caramel. Mid-palate brings out a heavy oaky bourbon note that continues into the finish. Lingers of bourbon barrel juice and sweet maple
M- medium- body with low carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel that finishes a bit thin
O- a solid variant with the maple coming through, only downside is the low carbonation and thin mouthfeel
