Light bodied and crisp with a balance of malt sweetness and light hop bitterness. Similar to a pilsner, but its flavor has a distinct light & subtle fruitiness. It's an easy 5.3% ABV and made with delicious Strata hops.

L - Poured a light amber from tap with a one finger white head.
S - Faint nose of malt and citrus.
T - Taste follows the nose.
F - Medium light body and carbonation.
O - This brew is drinkable but needs a bit more complexity along the lines of the better Kolsch brews available.
