IPA brewed with thiolized yeast that gives the beer a burst of juicy and fruity flavor. Cascade, mosaic and simcoe hops were added to the boil then dry-hopped with citra, el dorado and sabro hops

This was one of the beer that I picked up at Lowes Foods in Mebane, North Carolina not too long ago on my way home from the left coast. Never had anything from Deep River before and as much as I enjoyed the design on the can and the description of this beer, it could have been just a bit more flavorful on the palate.
Not a bad look to this as the liquid was golden, waxy, and topped off with a solid foam that settled pretty evenly. A few bits of soapy lacing remained after some sips as it was pretty uneven. Lots of exotic fruit, Hawaiian Punch, and earthiness in the mellow nose The taste was just as earthy as some star and jack fruit entered the fray, along with swamp water and some really dank weed.
Lots of hops to be had here but none of them stood out over the others, as the end result was a somewhat juicy beer that left a stone fruit and mint impression once I finished it off. Enough numbers were written on the bottom of the can, with "#MORNING" and "#JUICE" written below that, although I had no idea how old this was. Not a bad choice to take into the back country, but I wish this had just a bit more distinction to it!
