Imperial milk stout with coffee, chocolate and raspberry. Aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months.

A - Black pour with dense caramel colored lacing.
S - Chocolate, light chocolate char, and light raspberry.
T - Chocolate, chocolate char, raspberry, Bourbon, and some light oak. Starts out with nice oak and chocolate char before the Bourbon and oak kick in. Ends with a light bitterness and a nice lingering chocolate Bourbon char on the palate.
M - Light syrupy mouthfeel with some warming in the back of the throat.
O - Not refined enough to run with the big dawgs but still pretty darn tasty and worth checking out.
