Look: It pours cloudy brown with a tan head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It has doughy and bready aromas with noticeable alcohol and bourbon. There are some cherry elements with a touch of caramel.
Taste: It has strong bready and doughy flavors with noticeable alchohol with bourbon. There are some cherry flavors with a touch of caramel. There is a slight sugary element.
Feel: It has a full body with strong alcohol warming.
Overall, the bourbon in strong in the flavor instead of complimenting the beer. There are some good flavors otherwise.
