pleasant and relaxing. comfortable looking furniture in the front with tables and then the bar at the back. bar was uncomfortably high and i'm a tall guy. two large tvs, one behind the bar and one over the cooler. i usually don't like large TVs in beer bars but somehow these maintained an out of the way presence.
Service was friendly from what i believe were the owners. They were able to offer good suggestions to people who didn't know what they wanted or didn't know much about craft beer. After i had two beers and was ready to go it took about five minutes of having an empty glass before being approached again. Generally this irritates me but i was happy after two pints and having the game to watch. Also was their second night open and were excitedly talking to customers about having just opened, so all was well.
The selection for the camas/washougal area was pretty solid but compared to portland was lacking in more interesting/desirable beers. both bottles and taps. They do growler fills here as well, didn't see pricing.
Food. beyond the snack mix provided i dint order anything. they had it set so you could order directly through them from the mexican place near by. they mentioned also working on setting that up with twilight pizza soon.
bottle prices seemed on par for the area. my two beers were $4.84 plus tax each. wouldn't mind seeing it a few cents cheaper but its better than the other options nearby and certainly wont keep me from coming back.
really glad to see more options for beer popping up around here lately and this is a great addition to the area. im looking forward to many more pints here.
