500 ml bottle purchased from Tully's in Wells, ME advertised as a rare offering from LQ and priced at $14.70. A fairly clean lemony and slightly yeasty/musty nose was the prelude to an effervescent and lemony-citric fruit sharpness that's consistent with the style, almost champagne-like. It's very refreshing and tart; and the brettanomyces give it just a touch of "funk." Seafood makes for a good food pairing. It's a fine example of a fine style, but a more occasional selection at this high price point.
