Thanks EmmaDan for sharing this treat.
A- Murkey orangey-brown body from the 500ml to a few glasses. The cap is light pink or off-white rising to less than a finger with a frothy texture. Lacks much lacing.
S- Funky and bold. Some band-aid and a big Brett cherry pie blast out of the glass with notes of berries. Musty. White wine grapes the wet oak that comes with it.
T- The funk seems to intensify here even more with a lot of Bretty things going on. Dry, spicy and somewhat vinous. Light fruity tartness and plenty of wet, medium toast oak on the back end.
MF- Foamy and puffy overall consistency to the light-medium body. Dry overall with very high carbonation. Bitter spicy oak bite.
The fruit from the Brett and berries provides a nice foreground but eventually falls out to the funky Brett and wet oak, which I think is a bit too strong in the end.

Large, foamy head atop an orange body. Hint of pink when the light catches it. I get a whiff of oak. Smells a bit like white wine. Very dry taste. The funk comes in at the end. Don't get much elderberry here. Just a bit of tartness. Interesting but I can't say I love it. Pretty good overall.
