A really interesting beer profile, wit, well more like a tripel, with 2 types of Brett, aged in mead barrels, could be interesting. Tap at the brew pub.
Nice creamy head fades at a med pace with nice lacing, hazy murky bright orange color.
Nose mild Brett, hint pineapple tropical funk, sweet floral grassy malts, decent Brett funk in general, floral spices,.
Taste brings mild sweet malt, little toasty blond, candy syrup like with some mild sweet honey mead, into mild tropical Brett c, pineapple like fruit, floral spices, candy orange and pineapple. Finish is dry but sticky, lingering Brett funk, mild farmhouse, little candy pineapple again, hint of mead.
Mouth is med to heavier, little syrupy, nice popping bubble carb.
Overall decent, wish the mead was more and the beer itself attenuated more, but enjoyable.
