Double dose of Head Stash using Simcoe, Amarillo, and Eureka. Double dry-hopped with Citra. We doubled down on Headstash IPA; more malt, more hops, more abv and double dry-hopped to boot. Only 6 bbls produced!

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned 10/4/2020. Pours a slightly cloudy straw yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves plenty webs of lace as it slowly settles into a thin layer of bubbles. 4

Smell is passionfruit, Marijuana, pine, and grapefruit rind. 4

Taste follows marijuana, passionfruit, pine, and mild grapefruit.4

Mouthfeel is medium, rather gentle carbonation, a tad sticky but not dry, and at 8% ABV it goes down very easy. 4

Overall this is a very nice DIPA definitely worth a try. I would purchase again. 4

A - Lemon gold pour with perfect clarity and sprightly carbonation. Foam is bright white, thick, and sticky.

S - Citrus aroma with a hint of spiciness and a small amount of mint.

T - Citrus, pine, mint, and a little herbally from start to finish. Finishes balanced but leaves a healthy layer of citrus on the palate which lingers.

M - Thick, chewy, and a little oily.

O - Solid.

Tap at brew pub

Nice creamy thick head fades slowly with tons of creamy lacing, mostly clear honey orange color.

Nose brings bright hops, spicy slight piney hops, floral, little citrus rind, grassy notes, hint grapefruit pith.

Taste brings sweet toasty malts, a little buttery diacetyl, actually quite a bit on the finish, spicy earthy like hops, little citrus, hint grapefruit pith, spicy and quite bitter.

Mouth is med bod, decent carb.

Overall ok, decent hops but the diacetyl is bleh. Seems like this would have been a much better IPA but the diacetyl just ruined it... I couldn't even finish my pint.
