No can date
Pours a med fizzy head with mild retention, touch of lacing, crystal med golden tan color
Nose brings tons of pilsner malt, raw wort, grainy sweet malt, bread dough, cereal, mineral water, fair herbal floral hop
Taste brings nice noble hops out front, quite floral and grassy, little herbal and spicy, fair grainy sweet pilsner malt, little cereal and bread dough, med lighter bitterness, nice soft later, crisp bitterness on the dry finish, med to higher bitterness when plenty of noble hops and a bit soft
Mouth is med to a but lighter bod,med to higher foamy carb, soft lager
Overall pretty good Czech pils, esp for liquid riot as most of their beers have been mediocre, but Novare probably had a big hand in this

A- Wine glass receives the tallboy pour and the beer has a golden body and a massive, thick and creamy crown. The white fluff persists for quite a long time and lacing forms with thick blankets coating the glass.
S- Simple and kinda laid-back but to the point and appropriate for the style. Semi sweet base Pils grains support spicy, grassy and earthy Euro hops. Clean ferment yet a touch bready. Kind of a dustiness to the malt.
T- Smooths out and really shines on the taste buds with that classic spicy Saaz hop profile balanced out by slightly sweet Pils grains. A touch bready and crackery. Plenty of bitterness as the hop flavor lingers with a dryness on the palate.
MF- Light bodied with a high level of bubbles and mostly dry. Foamy and a but fluffy texture with a solid bitter ending. Never feels thin but rides that line.
A nice take on a classic style with the spicy Euro hops counterbalancing the pale base grains.
